Return & Exchange Policy
At Zarrasha Delivery, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Since gift items, flowers, chocolates, and customized arrangements are prepared specifically for each order, please review the product carefully before confirming it.
No Return or Exchange After Confirmation
No return, refund, or exchange is possible once the order has been prepared and confirmed with the customer’s consent.
To provide you with an opportunity to review the order, we follow this process:
- Order Preparation: The gift shop prepares your selected product according to your order.
- Product Picture: Before delivery, the rider will send you a picture of the prepared product through WhatsApp or another available communication channel.
- Customer Review: You can carefully review the product picture, including its arrangement and presentation.
- Approve or Reject: If you are not satisfied with the prepared product, you may reject or request changes before confirming the order with the gift shop, subject to the shop’s ability to make the requested changes.
- Final Confirmation: Once you provide your consent/approval to proceed, the order is considered confirmed.
- No Return/Exchange: After your approval and once the order has been dispatched or delivered, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Notice
Please make sure that all order details are correct before giving your final approval. This includes the product, quantity, design, colors, flowers, chocolates, message, recipient details, and delivery information, where applicable.
Because many gift arrangements are prepared specifically for individual orders, orders approved by the customer cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after preparation.
Product Approval
Your approval of the product picture is considered final consent to proceed with delivery.
If you have any concerns about the prepared gift, please communicate them to the rider before giving final approval. Once you approve the product, Zarrasha Delivery will proceed with the delivery according to the confirmed order.
Please Note: Product availability, flower varieties, chocolate brands, packaging, and minor decorative details may vary depending on availability. Where a specific item is unavailable, a comparable alternative may be proposed for your approval before proceeding.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking the product picture and order details before providing final consent. Therefore, we strongly recommend reviewing the product carefully before approval.
